All members and guests check in and out at the gate. Guest fees are paid at check-in. Lap lane reservations are optional; tennis court reservations are required.
Board of Health regulations
Shower before entering the pool. No glass anywhere on the pool apron, and no eating on the apron; keep a four-foot clearance. No wheeled toys on the apron. Anyone with a skin infection may not enter the water.
Older children
Children 10 and older may attend unaccompanied. A three-strikes rule applies to conduct.
Small children
Children under 10 must be supervised. An adult must accompany children in the small pool. If a child is using a flotation device, a parent must be in the water.
Babysitters & childcare providers
Childcare providers under 16 need manager approval; minimum age is 12. Babysitters actively providing care for a member child pay no guest fee.
Swim tests
To swim in 4-foot water: one length of the pool, crawl stroke. For the 4- and 5-foot areas: two lengths. For the entire pool: three lengths. Wristbands mark test levels; replacements are $2.
Lap lanes
Reservations get priority, with a 15-minute no-show rule. Don’t cut through the lap lanes.
Water safety
When thunder is heard, everyone clears the water for 20 minutes. No running or horseplay. The pool heater is kept at 78 degrees.
Diving
Diving only in the 9-foot end. No back dives.
